You will love it.. 2kilo chicken Fresh herbs chopped..I use 3 parts coriander..1 part basil...1 part parsley..1\2 part mint. Do what you like herb wise but plenty of them 1 spoon mustard 2 -3 spoons greek yoghurt Garlic salt Pepper Mix together so its quite a thick paste..lift the skin of the chicken gently from the cavity end. Spoon it in and gently push it down around the breast. Then mix that tandori powder you see with 2 spoons yoghurt. Mix and cover outside of chicken. Spoon over quite thickly..cover in foil..1 and 3/4 hour 170 odd..foil off 20 mins at 180 - 90.. watch it doesnt burn. Rest n eat it.. Class..
