No, I'm looking for quick and easy low carb ideas for work, you can microwave that quickly.
What about a vegan steak bake? There can't be any nutritional value or taste in them either and you'd have already cooked them shaving 2 mins off your break time.
No, I'm trying to avoid having anything, except for a cup of bacon when I'm on an early shift

There's some weird fucking diets around these days.
Bacon without the bread roll so I put it in a coffee cup to keep warm as I have 4 flights of stairs to go up to get to the staff room
Those 4 flights..8 if you consider going back down as well..16 if you get down and realised you forget your tongs. 24 if your just taking the piss would burn that roll off no problem.
On a 10 hour shift I walk up them stairs a lot, I should be like a rake

Can't you tell 'em to ease up on the salt in the sausage rolls? Have gone from eating upto to 8 in one day to risking being put in a coma from just one bite nowadays

Just made some halloumi fries for supper so I wouldn't waste the halloumi I bought, not bad, bit like cheesy sponge, shouldn't have put so much salt on them though, I need a pint of lager now
