Drove up Wood Street a couple of mornings ago, the place is unrecognisable now. Be even less recognisable when they knock the buildings down on the other side of the road as well.
The buildings on the right hand side of Duke Street that included Marments store would later be demolished in 1923 when Duke Street was widened and a new view of Cardiff Castle was revealed
The Hope, North Road demolished 1988 replaced with flats
