.......is coming to BBC 4. How exciting. I recommend you get Flightradar 24 just to be ready
I prefer trainspotting. It's a lot kinder on my neck.
I wonder if they will show stuff like this just normal clouds, nothing to see
@Nugent I know, it's shocking isn't it
Crazy the amount of planes up there
But also shows how unbelievably safe flying is today.
I use an image similar to this to show people who are scared of flying how many hundreds of millions fly safely every year, and that the tragedies are almost not even recordable in comparison.
Remind what you think the exhaust fumes of an aircraft are?
That must be the worst picture in the world to show someone who's scared of flying
Much better to watch cockpit videos on YouTube
I don't give a shit what they are but there are too many of them ruining our sunny days, if people can't see that they should put their phones down for a bit and take some notice.
I like contrails me
Well they block out the sun so I guess you would
Just go to Uganda, none of them seem to get off the ground there.
Your point is?
Are you cruising this summer?
Nope. Done our hols this year.
It only looks unbelievably busy because the planes are not to scale. If you're going to make the plane the size of Malta then it’s going to look packed.
Albert pierrepoint was a keen plane spotter
And look at the kind of life it gave him. Lying drunk on your back is not plane spotting.
pain in the neck he was (to most people)
