Almost done. Looks decent as well. Always interested to see a new stadium on the scene.
Looks like a cut back version of the Millennium/Principality
It is a nice stadium and can be seen for a fair distance as its surprisingly flat around there. I do like a dark blue and white stadium. It looks a bit like a smaller Bernaneau.
It's also still a complete shithole around there too mind!!
Ps I also like the external cladding and the one tier singing section behind a goal.
Great looking ground. If I can see it correctly it looks like they have put boxes along the roof which actually extend out over the top tier behind the one goal, above the floodlights!! What a view that would be.
Personally I think it looks awful been past it a few times on the North London overground the cladding looks cheap and once the weather gets into it after a few years it will blend in well with the shithole its representing.
I wanted to see it this season. Looks great. They have a members lounge next to the tunnel with a glass wall allowing you to see the teams before they come on to the pitch. Shame Keane and Vieira types won’t be there. I think it’s £30k a year fees too!
Like a lot of other modern stadiums, the first twenty odd rows of seats are going to get drenched when it rains. They should have put in a retractable roof like at the millennium stadium.
Swansea are planning on fitting a roof to their shithole ground.
Are those stewards always there, like in a Subbuteo stadium?
shithole full of dickheads
Proper footy stadium that. Not an athletics track full of cockney wankas.
Pity we won’t get to play there for a few years at least
Chance of a quick buck there for @PlumberAde
It's almost like people have forgotten how to build stuff properly in Britain any more. The standard of new build housing is dreadful normally.
It's a case of go with the cheapest tender and fuck the quality. Like most business these days.
This thread reminded me that Daya had signed up in anticipation of a West Ham victory. Didn't really work out for him that, did it?
Aye. Was a grand day that. I found myself humming that tune at traffic lights earlier.
Wether it’s houses, cars, TVs or clothing, the demand for low cost inevitably drives down quality.
Good stuff is out there if you’re willing to pay for it.
