We dont have a Human Resources department. He got rid of the last H&R manager because he was fed up of her telling him he can’t do this or that. His wife is now the HR manager. No conflict of intrerests at all. They are in court every year for one reason or other, usually ex employees on an unfair dismissal case, and the company are yet to win a case. She (the bosses wife) even represented herself in one case. Needles to say she lost. They are bonkers. However, those that do stick their ways out get paid, generally get paid decent money for the area and what we do, and most importantly get paid on time without fail so no such grumblings from me and so I turn a blind eye to their obvious shortcomings.
